By engaging EventGeniusForce for event management services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include event planning, coordination, vendor management, and day-of-event execution as specified in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Additional services requested during planning may incur extra charges with prior approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 30-90 days before receive a 25% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date.

4. Force Majeure

EventGeniusForce is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We recommend clients obtain appropriate event insurance for additional protection.
